Reagan. The Commission strongly supports the markets' decision to honor the memory and historic contributions of President Reagan in this manner.

–Hedge fund performance, as measured by the Standard & Poor's hedge fund indices, showed losses across the board for the month of May in an increasingly uncertain marketplace. Effective June 21, 2004, S&P/EMDB will increase the number of shares outstanding for Kiatnakin Finance Public Co., Ltd (EMDB Code 578279.2/SEDOL 6491084), an S&P/IFCG and S&P/IFCI index constituent, by 78.0191 million via a new issue. The share increase resulted from the exercise of the company’s warrants. The IWF of the stock will remain 0.44. At its June 1st, 2004, meeting the RTS Board of Directors has decided to change methods of calculation of RTS Index and RTS Current Quotes Index. Effective July 1st, 2004, these indices will take into consideration stocks’ free floats.
