    Standard & Poor’s will change the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (Italy, ISIN IT0001254884) a member of the S&P/MIB Index from 0.698 to 0.638 effective at the close of trading Wednesday, May 12, 2004. This is following the new shareholders agreement signed by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, Assicurazioni Generali SpA and Dorint Holding SA.
