Borse Dubai Welcomes The Decision Reached By Swedish Securities Council

Borse Dubai welcomes the decision reached by the Swedish Securities Council, approving of our request for an extension for the submission of the Offer Document in relation to its cash offer for OMX. Borse Dubai believes that the additional time will enable Borse Dubai to better present its offer to OMX shareholders. The offer document will be submitted on the 14th of September 2007.

August Is Third Consecutive Month Of Record Volume At CBOE Futures Exchange - Busiest Day In CFE History, Numerous Records, Propel Trading To 251% Increase Over Year-Ago

The CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC (CFE) announced today that trading volume during August 2007 totaled 183,173 contracts, the busiest month ever at CFE. For the third consecutive month, trading at CFE set a new all-time record as August's volume surpassed the 121,285 contracts traded during July, the previous all-time high. August's average daily volume of 7,964 contracts, also a new all-time high, was up from the year-ago average daily volume of 2,271 contracts.

NYSE Receives China Securities Regulatory Commission Approval To Open Representative Office in Beijing, China - First Approval Given To A Foreign Exchange Under China’s New Regulation

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has approved an application by New York Stock Exchange LLC (NYSE), a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext (NYX), to open a representative office in Beijing, China. The new office will be occupied by the company’s staff in the coming weeks and will become the NYSE’s center of operations for advancing the company’s brand and service to its listed companies in China.

Kansas City Board Of Trade Sets New Monthly Volume Record For Wheat Futures Contract

The Kansas City Board of Trade set a new all-time monthly trading volume record in the hard red winter wheat futures contract as 565,463 contracts were traded, topping the previous monthly record of 559,282 contracts that was set in August 2006.
