The "Manual of Directors, Supervisors and Senior Management of Listed Companies", compiled by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), has been officially published by Shanghai Jiao Tong University Press. The manual aims to facilitate senior management of listed companies to improve corporate governance and standardize operation under the circumstance of all-floating in China.
