The Vienna Stock Exchange Acquires 81.01% Share In The Ljubljana Stock Exchange

Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Jeremy Ang Peng Leong as Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM) with effect from 16 July 2008. This is following its acquisition of SICOM, which is scheduled to be completed by end-June.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For CLP Holdings Futures

Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 24 June 2008, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.

Agreement Between SWX Swiss Exchange And PSP Swiss Property AG
