US Treasury Hires Legal Adviser Under The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act

The U.S. Treasury Department this week announced that Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett will serve as a legal adviser for the implementation of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act. Treasury hired the New York City-based firm Sunday and work began immediately to help the Department with its equity program structuring.
