  • NYSE Arca Options Completes Listing Of ISE’s FX Options - All Six FX Options Now Trading On NYSE Arca Options And The Complex Order Book

    Today NYSE Arca Options, one of the fastest-growing U.S. options exchanges, announced the completion of the listing of the International Securities Exchange’s (ISE) foreign currency options products (“FX Options”).  The FX Options products are also the next phase in the expansion of the Complex Order Book pilot program.  The pilot, which began on September 8, 2008, with the QQQQs, will add all six FX Options for trading immediately.

  • UK First To Auction Carbon

    The Government today held Europe’s first carbon allowance auction in Phase II (2008 – 2012) of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). Four million allowances were sold at a total value of £54.4m excluding VAT, or £13.61 per allowance.
