Deutsche Börse has announced an unscheduled adjustment to the free float of IDS Scheer AG in the TecDAX®. Due to the takeover of IDS Scheer AG by SAG Beteiligungs GmbH, the free float of the TecDAX member altered by more than 10 percent. The company’s free float will thus be reduced accordingly to the index rules from the current 52 percent to 37.08 percent.
