SZSE recently held the discussion meeting for 2010 regulation and development of SME board listed companies in Nanjing. More than 300 board chairmen and their board secretaries from about 200 listed companies attended the meeting. I concur on the release of the Notice of proposed rulemaking related to Account Ownership and Control Report (“OCR”). The Commission must gain greater transparency over the data it receives. The OCR represents a place where technology must catch-up to how trades are executed in the futures markets so critical data ultimately flows to the Commission.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, July 13, 2010: Verena Minerals Corp. (TSXVN:VML) will change its name to Belo Sun Mining Corp. The new ticker symbol will be "BSX" and the new CUSIP number will be 080588 10 9. There is no consolidation of capital.
