German Equity Forum Fall 2010 In Frankfurt - Largest Equity Financing Event In Europe - IPO Financing Moves Back Into The Spotlight

From 22 to 24 November, Deutsche Börse and KfW Bankengruppe will be holding the Fall 2010 German Equity Forum in Frankfurt/Main. The forum is aimed at high-growth, private and listed companies, investors, analysts and financial service providers. With around 5,000 participants, this three-day event is the largest platform for equity financing matters in Europe.

Thai Bourse Announces SET Awards & Award Of Honor

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Money and Banking Magazine together organized the ceremony to award the SET Awards 2010 to 31 listed firms and the SET Award of Honor, which was given for the first time to five listed firms, i.e., The Bangchak Petroleum PCL (BCP), Kasikorn Bank PCL (KBANK), Kasikorn Securities Co., Ltd (KS), PTT Chemical PCL (PTTCH), and The Siam Cement PCL (SCC).

Deutsche Börse: IPO In Entry Standard: AutoBank AG - New Issue Generates €X4.73 Million

AutoBank AG (ISIN: AT0000A0K1J1) joined the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 19 November. The public offering (with prospectus) included 1,890,000 new shares. The issue price was €2.50 and the initial listing price €2.50.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list W.I.S.E-KTAM CSI 300 China Tracker, or ETF CHINA, an open-ended fund managed by Krung Thai Asset Management PCL.
