Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, November 18, 2010: Romarco Minerals Inc. (TSXV:R) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to TSX to trade under the same ticker symbol.

Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo today filed two lawsuits against Steven L. Rattner, former founding principal of private equity firm Quadrangle Group, LLC (“Quadrangle”), in the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, alleging he paid kickbacks in order to obtain $150 million in investments in Quadrangle from the New York State Common Retirement Fund (“CRF”).

GM Launches Largest U.S. Initial Public Offering Of 2010 At The NYSE

General Motors Inc., led by its Chief Executive Officer Dan Akerson visited the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, November 18 to celebrate the launch of its public offering, in which it raised approximately $16 billion, making it the largest U.S. IPO of 2010, and amongst the largest in history. General Motors began trading today under the NYSE ticker symbol “GM”.
