The mid-February short interest represents 3.47 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.64 days for the prior reporting period.

The CFTC’s complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
