Operating Schedule Of RTS Settlement Chamber For The Holidays Period

From January 3, 2012 to January 6, 2012 and on January 9, 2012 Non-banking Credit Organization Settlement Chamber RTS will provide customers with the following services:

1. settlement services for clients with banking accounts in Russian rubles, taking into account the following restrictions set forth by the Bank of Russia:
   • payment orders that are to be executed through the multivoyage payment processing system of the Bank of Russia Interregional Computer Centre will be accepted only in respect of intraregional electronic settlements in Moscow region. Interregional payments will not be effected.
   • payment orders that are to be executed through the real-time gross settlement system of the Bank of Russia (BESP) will be accepted solely in respect of recipients serviced by Moscow Central Territorial Department of the Bank of Russia, the First Operation Administration of the Bank of Russia and settlement division of the Central Department of the Bank of Russia for Saint-Petersburg.
2. Settlement services for clients with banking accounts in foreign currency will be provided in full.

Tokyo Stock Exchange: Real-Time Dissemination Of TOPIX Leveraged And TOPIX Inverse Indexes

The real-time dissemination of TOPIX Leveraged and TOPIX Inverse indexes scheduled to begin at the end of January, 2012 will commence on January 30.

With the advent of the Spring Festival holidays in 2012, Shanghai Futures Exchange ("SHFE"), under the approval of CSRC and SHFE Board of Directors, has made the decision to change the last trading date of relevant contracts of January, 2012 to the 13th day of January, 2012, as well as the delivery dates to the16th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th day of January, 2012.
