ICE And Gasunie Announce Transaction For The Derivatives And Spot Gas Business Of APX-ENDEX

IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global regulated futures exchanges, clearing houses and over-the-counter markets, and gas infrastructure company Gasunie today announced an agreement to form a new company based on the derivatives and spot gas exchange of APX-ENDEX. ICE has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the derivatives and spot gas business of APX-ENDEX and Gasunie will retain a shareholding at a similar level to its current APX-ENDEX shareholding.

S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes To The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - A Deletion From The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

S&P Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

On September 13, 2012, Continental Nickel Limited (TSXVN:CNI) received final court approval for their Plan of Arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by IMX Resources Limited (ASX:IXR). Continental Nickel will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 14, 2012.
