Monetary Authority Of Singapore Consults On Proposals To Facilitate Better Understanding Of Prospectuses

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today released a consultation paper on proposed enhancements to the current rules relating to prospectus disclosures for offers of securities. The proposals aim to improve the readability of prospectuses and facilitate better understanding by investors of key information presented in prospectuses, and make prospectuses more accessible to retail investors.

Revision To The BCS Data Published By Markit included Within Thomson Reuters September Activity Reports

Please note that since publication of the Dark Pool and BCS activity charts on Friday, 11 October , Markit have revised their downloadable files for the 19th to the 27th Sept to show much lower levels of BCS activity on these dates  As such Thomson Reuters is amending the two charts that incorporate this data  on our webpage. This shows that total dark pool trading in September amounted 10.25% of all order book activity and not 13.5% as previously stated.
