ICE Benchmark Administration Launches LBMA Gold Price; Transitions Gold Price To Transparent, Electronic Auction Process
Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, today announced that ICE Benchmark Administration (IBA) successfully launched the LBMA Gold Price on Friday March 20, 2015, replacing the London Gold Fix established in 1919. IBA has transitioned the gold price to a new, independently administered, transparent and electronic auction process.

EGX Approved The First Group Of Arbitrators And Experts To Settle Capital Market's Disputes
Dr. Mohammad Omran, The Egyptian Exchange (EGX)’ chairman, approved the decree no. (53) for the year 2015 regarding the experts’ list that contains 35 expert, and the decree no. (54) for the year 2015 regarding the arbitrators list and their number is 14 arbitrator. This is considered the first set of arbitrators and experts to work in the capital market disputes’ settlement. The applications of a total number of 49 arbitrator and expert were accepted as they meet the approving terms announced by the EGX during February 2015.

LCH.Clearnet Group Announces New Global Head Of CDSClear - Frank Soussan Appointed As New Head From 1 July 2015 - CDSClear Offers Broadest European Coverage Of Any CCP
LCH.Clearnet Group ("LCH.Clearnet"), the global clearing house, is today pleased to announce that Frank Soussan has been appointed Global Head of CDSClear, effective from 1 July 2015. Based in Paris, Frank will lead the Group's continued expansion of the service, which is the only EMIR-authorised CCP for the clearing of credit default swaps. Mr Soussan is currently Head of In-Business Risk for CDSClear. He takes on his new role from Gavin Wells who will now focus exclusively on ForexClear.
