European Banking Authority: Consultation On Guidelines On Sound Remuneration Policies
The European Banking Authority (EBA) launched today a three-month public consultation on its Guidelines on sound remuneration policies. These draft Guidelines set out the governance process for implementing sound remuneration policies across the EU, as well as the specific criteria for mapping all remuneration components into either fixed or variable pay. Guidance is also provided on the application of deferral arrangements and the pay-out instruments ensuring that variable remuneration is aligned with an institution’s long-term risks and that any ex-post risk adjustments can be applied as appropriate.

Opening Remarks At Meeting Of SEC Advisory Committee On Small And Emerging Companies, SEC Chair Mary Jo White, March 4, 2015
Good morning. Thank you all for being here. I will be very brief so that you can get to the business at hand.
I, too, would like to welcome Michael Pieciak who will be serving as the committee’s observer representative from NASAA. Mike is the Deputy Commissioner of the Vermont Securities Division, and I am very pleased he is here on behalf of the state securities regulators to bring that knowledgeable and important voice to your discussions.

CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, LOOP LLC, operator of the largest privately-owned crude oil terminal in the U.S., and NEO Markets, Inc., a leading online marketplace for U.S. physical oil transactions, today announced they had reached a definitive agreement to develop the first-ever physically delivered crude oil storage futures contract. The new LOOP Crude Oil Storage futures contract will begin trading on Sunday, March 29, 2015, for trade date Monday, March 30, 2015, pending all relevant CFTC regulatory review periods.
