On March 21, 2016, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), in accordance with the review opinions of the SSE Listing Examination Committee, determined to terminate the listing of the shares of Zhuhai Boyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (“*ST Boyuan” or the Company). An official of the SSE answered the following questions concerning the delisting of the Company’s shares.

In the first two months of 2016 ETFs/ETPs listed in Japan have gathered a record level of US$9.24 Bn. ETFs/ETPs listed in Japan have gathered net inflows for 3 consecutive months.

The Mid-March short interest represents 4.57 days average daily Nasdaq Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 4.05 days for the prior reporting period.

The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) today announced that the National Bank of Pakistan (the Bank) has entered into a Written Agreement with DFS and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) to strengthen compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) requirements, as well as the regulations issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the bank’s New York Branch.
