The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) to facilitate information exchange in relation to information on derivative contracts held in trade repositories in Hong Kong and the European Union.

Euronext Extends Contract With Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Euronext today announced that it has signed a three-year contract with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) to provide trading platform hosting and technology services for market management. The contract builds on the relationship established between the two exchanges in 2007 and allows LuxSE to outsource its technology needs while focusing on client satisfaction and product innovation.

UK Serious Fraud Office And Standard Bank - Deferred Prosecution Agreement Hearing

A proposal to enter into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement ("DPA") with Standard Bank Plc (now known as ICBC Standard Bank Plc), has already been approved in principle by Lord Justice Leveson. On Monday, 30th November 2015, the SFO will apply for final approval of the DPA before the same judge at Southwark Crown Court, sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice.
