    BMO Capital Markets (BMO), the investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group (NYSE:BMO)(TSX:BMO), today announced that it has partnered with Trade Informatics (TI), a leading provider of quantitative analytics and systematic trading solutions to institutional asset managers. TI will provide BMO with transaction cost analysis (TCA) tools to help execute algorithmic trades with improved execution quality.

  • Samrat Bhandari Sentenced In UK Financial Conduct Authority Prosecution Of £1.4 Million Investment Scheme

    Samrat Bhandari, who played a prime role in the operation of an investment scheme which led to investors losing just over £1.4 million, was today sentenced at Southwark Crown Court to a total of 3½ years’ imprisonment. He was also disqualified from holding the position of director for 12 years.

  • Nasdaq Announces Quarterly Dividend Of $0.38 Per Share

    The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the company's outstanding common stock.  The dividend is payable on March 30, 2018 to shareowners of record at the close of business on March 16, 2018.  Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
