SEC: Executives Charged In Connection With Accounting Failures At Government Contractor

- The free float market capitalization of NIFTY 50 index was USD 542.30 Bn. as on April 28, 2017 as against USD 528.22 Bn. as on March 31,2017. The free float market capitalization of NIFTY Next 50 index was USD 105.92 Bn. as on April 28, 2017 as against USD 100.18 Bn. as on March 31, 2017.
- Most indices across all categories gained during the one month period ending April 28, 2017. NIFTY Realty Index gained the most (16.79%) amongst all the indices during the month whereas the NIFTY IT index (-7.10%) was the biggest loser during the month.
- During the 3 month period ending April 28, 2017, the biggest gainer overall was NIFTY Realty Index (39.82%) and biggest gainers in various categories are NIFTY Smallcap 50 (24.86%) in broad market index category, NIFTY Midcap Liquid 15 (23.68%) in thematic index category, NIFTY High Beta 50 (22.32%) in strategy index category and NIFTY Realty (39.82%) in sectoral index category.
