Moscow Exchange: RUB Penalty Rate Change From March 26, 2018

Due to decision of CCP NCC starting from March 26, 2018:
- RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) will be changed to 14.5%.
- Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 14.5%.
