In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has enacted two new laws that aim to improve and expand the DIFC’s already successful private wealth management and succession planning platforms.
