Moscow Exchange Adds New Features To Analytics Tools

MOEX’s analytics solution Aggregate Netflow Analytics 2 has been updated to include the following new features:
- Historical data are now available via MOEX’s Web API. Previously, data was provided by request via the Exchange’s website.
- Data from 2007 onwards is now available for users. Daily updates are made to add data with a two-week delay. Previously, historical data for 2014-2017 was provided without any updates.

Nigerian Stock Exchange Prepares To Launch X-Mobile To Boost Investors Participation

The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The NSE or The Exchange) is set to launch X-Mobile, a dynamic and user-friendly mobile app, to enhance investors’ participation in the Nigerian capital market. The NSE mobile app which is currently in its Beta state will be launched at the 2019 NSE Market Data Workshop taking place on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at Harbour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos.

ADX Partners With FAB To Provide Dividend Distribution Through The payit Digital Wallet

Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has partnered with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to distribute cash dividends to its registered investors electronically through the bank’s digital wallet, payit. The digital wallet will empower users to manage their stock exchange requirements through the “ADX Digital Wallet” powered by payit.

HKEX: Scrip Dividend Scheme In Relation To The Interim Dividend For The Year Ending 31 December 2019 - Calculation Of Market Value

On 14 August 2019, the Board declared an Interim Dividend which will be payable in cash with a scrip alternative to the Shareholders whose names appeared on HKEX’s register of members on the Record Date. Pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Scheme and subject to the terms set out in the Circular, the eligible Shareholders have the right to elect to receive the Interim Dividend in New Shares instead of in cash, or partly in New Shares and partly in cash.

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the September 2019 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the September 2019 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Global Telecom Pays The Second Tax Settlement (USD 82.3 Million) At EGX Premise

Abdul Azim Hussein, Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, announced that Global Telecom has paid the second due amount of US$82.3 million, in accordance with an agreement signed last June between both parties to settle the tax dispute of the company and its subsidiaries.
