The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces that the following REITs have been included to TASI and REITs Industrial Group index: 

• Al Rajhi REIT Fund 
• Derayah REIT Fund 
• SEDCO Capital REIT Fund 
• And the inclusion of the shares of Saudi Cable Co. to TASI and Capital Goods Industry Group index.

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) Announces The Quarterly Update (2nd Quarter 2018) To The Number Of Free Float Shares For All Companies

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announces that the number of free float shares for all companies have been updated for the 2nd quarter 2018 (05/07/2018). The updated number of free float shares is used in the calculation of Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), Industrial Group Indices and Parallel Market (NOMU) Index, and is effective Sunday 08/07/2018 (24/10/1439 H).

Qatar Stock Exchange: Increase In QE Index, Trading Turnover And Foreign Investors' Demands During The First Half Of 2018

The QE Index recorded an increase of 5.52% to the end of June 2018 to reach 9,024 points compared to 8,620 at the beginning of the year. As a result, Qatar Stock Exchange ranked second in terms of GCC market index performance, after Tadawul which increased by 15.51%. The Abu Dhabi Securities Market was third with 3.32% index rise, while the Kuwait Exchange recorded a decrease of 6.20% and the Dubai Financial Market witnessed the largest drop of 16.91%.

SEC: Former CEO And CFO Of ITT Barred And Ordered To Pay Penalties

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced settlements with two former senior executives of ITT Educational Services Inc., which the SEC charged hid its true financial condition from investors.  This resolution successfully concludes the SEC’s case, which was scheduled to begin trial on July 9.

Federal Reserve Board Issues Statement Describing How, Consistent With Recently Enacted EGRRCPA, The Board Will No Longer Subject Primarily Smaller, Less Complex Banking Organizations To Certain Board Regulations

Consistent with the recently enacted Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (EGRRCPA), the Federal Reserve Board on Friday issued a statement describing how the Board will no longer subject primarily smaller, less complex banking organizations to certain Board regulations, including those relating to stress testing and liquidity.

A total turnover of 1.842 billion shares worth N16.594 billion in 18,941 deals were traded this week by investors on the floor of the Exchange in contrast to a total of 2.004 billion shares valued at N21.582 billion that exchanged hands last week in 18,534 deals.
