Nordic Credit Rating AS Registered As Credit Rating Agency

The EFTA Surveillance Authority (EFTA SA) has registered today the Nordic Credit Rating AS (NCR) as a credit rating agency under Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on Credit Rating Agencies (the CRA Regulation), as incorporated into the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA Agreement). This decision comes into effect on 3 August 2018. NCR is based in Oslo, Norway, with a branch in Stockholm, Sweden. NRC intends to issue corporate ratings.

Shanghai Stock Exchange Releases, Implements "SSE Bylaws (Amended In 2018)"

In order to carry out the "Management Measures on Stock Exchanges" amended and promulgated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in November 2017, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has amended the "SSE Bylaws". Upon discussion and approval by the 4th Board of Governors of the SSE and the 8th SSE General Assembly and approval by the CSRC, the amended version comes into force on July 20.

BME Posts €71.3 Million Net Profit In The First Half Of 2018

1st Renewable Corporate Bond For The "Belt And Road" Initiative Approved

The renewable corporate bond of Lianyungang Port Group Co., Ltd. (for the "Belt and Road" Initiative) was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on July 11. It is the 1st renewable corporate bond whose raised funds are used for the "Belt and Road" initiative, and it is to apply for getting listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) after being issued. The approval of the bond's issuance is another key measure of the SSE to keep serving the "Belt and Road" initiative and provide major projects with capital support under the leadership of the CSRC.

Focusing On Investor Education, Putting Service First – Top 100 Participan Shanghai Stock Exchange "Investor Education Vanguard" Promotion Program Unveiled

In order to implement the arrangement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the special investor education program of "Rational Investment Starts with Me", and improve the comprehensive capacity of the frontline personnel in investor education and protection at the securities companies for serving the investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) launched the "Investor Education Vanguard" promotion program for the first time in the securities industry. The event has seen more than 80 securities companies participate vigorously, and a number of advanced models with ideals, strengths and achievements in investor education and protection emerge. The special columns of "Investor Education Vanguard" promotion program on people.com.cn and sina.com recorded a total of 2.9 million views. Recently, based on the opinions of external expert judges and the views of the videos, the SSE selected the "2018 Top 100 Participants in Investor Education Vanguard Program".
