2018 Information Disclosure Appraisal Results Of Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed Companies Released: Overall Disclosure Quality Is Good

Recently, SZSE completed the appraisal of information disclosure of the companies listed on the Main Board, the SME Board and the ChiNext Board in 2018. The appraisal results show that the information disclosure quality of the SZSE-listed companies is good on the whole. The proportion of the companies on the three boards that were rated A and B in the appraisal results is 82.04%, and that of the companies rated C and D is 17.96%.

Federal Reserve Board Releases Annual Determination Of Aggregate Consolidated Liabilities Of Financial Companies

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday released its annual determination of the aggregate consolidated liabilities of financial companies as required by section 622 of the Dodd-Frank Act. The act prohibits a financial company from combining with another company if the resulting company's liabilities would exceed 10 percent of the aggregate consolidated liabilities of all financial companies.

OCC June Cleared Volume Down 6.3 Percent

OCC, the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization, announced today that total cleared contract volume in June reached 383,474,767 contracts, a 6.3 percent decrease compared to last June. OCC’s year-to-date average daily cleared contract volume is 19,539,313, down 7.0 percent compared to 2018’s record-breaking pace.
