Non-Jordanian Ownership At The Amman Stock Exchange Reached 51.6%

The total value of shares that were bought by non-Jordanian investors in January 2019 was JD 26.3 million, representing 29.0% of the overall trading value, while the value of shares sold by them amounted to JD 26.1 million. As a result, the net of non-Jordanian investments in January2019 showed an increase by JD 0.2 million, compared with a decrease by JD 7.3 million during the same month of 2018.

EEX Acquires 100% Ownership Of Grexel Systems

The European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) has successfully completed the acquisition of the shares in Grexel Systems Oy. The completion follows the satisfaction of all closing conditions of the transaction. As of 1st February 2019, EEX now holds 100% of the shares in the company.
