BME: MARF Registers A 200 Million Euro Commercial Paper Programme By Urbaser

MARF, BME’s Fixed Income market, today registered a new Commercial Paper (CP) programme by URBASER.This new funding framework allows the company - which makes its debut in this BME Fixed Income market - to issue CPs over the next 12 months with a maximum outstanding balance of 200 million euros. The securities to be issued under the Programme will have an individual nominal value of 100,000 euros and their issuance terms will range between 3 days and 2 years.
