The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined Barclays Bank UK PLC, Barclays Bank PLC and Clydesdale Financial Services Limited (Barclays) £26 million for failures in relation to their treatment of consumer credit customers who fell into arrears or experienced financial difficulties.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange: Notice On Exemption Of Position Opening Fee, Delivery Fee And Registered Warehouse Receipt Transfer

In order to uphold the real economy, after consideration, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange has decided to exempt the position opening fee, delivery fee, registered warehouse receipt transfer fee (including transfer fee incurred in EFP) for hedging purpose under all future contracts in the whole year of 2021.
