    According to the Regulations on the Administration of Futures TradingMeasures for the Administration of Futures Exchanges, and other applicable laws and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) proposes to revise its Clearing Rules and Delivery Rules and is requesting public comments on these rules.
