A Subsidiary Of BI Group Has Successfully Placed KZT 6.3bn Bond On AIX

Astana International Exchange (“AIX”, “Exchange”) is pleased to announce that “Megastroy Ltd” LLP (“Megastroy”), a subsidiary of one of the largest developers in Kazakhstan, BI Group, placed the first Tranche under the 20 bn KZT Bond Programme in the amount of KZT6.3 bn. The Bond is due in 2022 and bears a 15.5% p.a. coupon. Jusan Invest JSC acted as a sole lead manager of the placement.

To ensure the steady implementation of the transfer listing system and support qualified NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations) Select-listed companies to list on the SSE STAR Market, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), under the guidance of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), releases the SSE Guidelines No. 3 for Application of Review Rules of Issuance and Listing on SSE STAR Market -- Application Documents for Transfer Listing (the Guidelines No. 3 for short), the SSE Guidelines No. 4 for Application of Review Rules of Issuance and Listing on SSE STAR Market -- Contents and Format of Transfer Listing Report (the Guidelines No. 4 for short), and the SSE Guidelines No. 5 for Application of Review Rules of Issuance and Listing on SSE STAR Market -- Sponsorship Letter for Transfer Listing (the Guidelines No. 5 for short).

Nadex Temporarily Amends Binary Contracts Strike Width

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.6(d) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) hereby provides notice that due to increased or deceased volatility, as the case may be, in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based, Nadex made changes to the strike widths of various contracts during the week of July 19, 2021 as indicated in the Weekly Notice.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the appointment of YJ Fischer as Director of the Office of International Affairs (OIA), effective Aug. 2. Ms. Fischer previously served in various roles at the U.S. State Department during the Obama Administration, including as assistant coordinator for implementation of the Iran nuclear agreement.
