Announcement On Releasing Ethylene Glycol And Ethenylbenzene Options Contracts Of Dalian Commodity Exchange

Upon discussion and approval at the 29th meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of the Dalian Commodity Exchange, Ethylene Glycol Options Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange and Ethenylbenzene Options Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange, are hereby released and will immediately come into effect. The listing and trading date, and other relevant matters of ethylene glycol and ethenylbenzene options will be announced separately.

SEC Charges Investment Adviser Betterment For Misstatements Concerning Tax Loss Harvesting Service

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged investment advisory firm Betterment LLC for material misstatements and omissions related to its automated tax loss harvesting service (TLH), failing to provide clients with notice of changes to contracts, and failing to maintain certain required books and records. To settle the charges, Betterment agreed to pay a $9 million penalty and to distribute funds to affected clients.
