In accordance with section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG), BaFin would like to make clear that Front Management LLC, New York, United States of America, does not hold authorisation under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. The company is not supervised by BaFin. BaFin has been made aware that customers of “Barclay Private Equity”, another company that BaFin is already investigating, have been contacted and directed to the website of Front Management LLC. There is evidence that this is a case of identity theft against a US company.

The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on February 17, 2023 at their respective final settlement prices:

• IF2302 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2302 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 4060.22;
• IC2302 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 6258.56;
• IM2302 CSI 1000 index futures contracts and the MO2302 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 6884.84;
• IH2302 SSE 50 index futures contracts and the HO2302 series SSE 50 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2735.20.

Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission And China Securities Regulatory Commission Enter Into An MoU On Regulatory Cooperation

To further strengthen cross-boundary regulatory cooperation on matters concerning the listing of Mainland enterprises in Hong Kong, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) have agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with respect to the Trial Administrative Measures of Overseas Securities Offering and Listing by Domestic Companies, which will come into effect on 31 March 2023.
