SEC: Fee Rate Advisory #3 for Fiscal Year 2023

Pursuant to Section 31(j)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Commission has determined that a mid-year adjustment to the Section 31 fee rate for fiscal year 2023 is not required. These adjustments do not directly affect the amount of funding available to the SEC.

ACER Opens A Public Consultation On Changes To The Methodology For Calculating Exchanges Resulting From Single Day-Ahead Electricity Market Coupling

On 25 January 2023, the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of all EU Member States, referred to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) a joint proposal of Transmission System Operators (TSOs). The proposal contains amendments to the methodology for calculating scheduled exchanges resulting from single day-ahead coupling. ACER initiates the procedure and opens public consultation.
