  • US Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Releases CRA Evaluations For 17 National Banks And Federal Savings Associations

    The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of April 1, 2023, through April 30, 2023. The list contains only national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings. The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.

    This document sets out the naming convention for how the Commodity Reference Prices (“CRPs”), as defined in Sub-Annex A of the 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions, should be named to increase consistency and understandability. ISDA formalised the CRP naming convention as part of the effort to update Sub-Annex A with members of the ISDA Commodities Market Infrastructure Group and the FpML Cross Asset Product Group.
