Saudi Arabia Capital Market Authority Sets The End Of December 2024 As The Final Date For Receiving Applications For The Eighth Review Of The FinTech ExPermit

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced today the final date for considering FinTech ExPermit applications within the eighth review of the FinTech ExPermit. In a statement released today, the CMA stated that applications received by Tuesday, December 31 of this year would be included in the current round, indicating that it will evaluate applications received after this date within the next round.

The Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA), a global association dedicated to the support of efficient capital markets through the use of widely embraced International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards, announced today that the National Numbering Agencies (NNAs) of Algeria, Botswana, El Salvador, Honduras, Jamaica, Macao, Maldives, Nicaragua, United Arab Emirates (DIFC) and Zambia have transitioned from ANNA partners to become full members.

- List of central counterparties (CCPs) that are systemically important in more than one jurisdiction has been expanded to fourteen from its last update in 2022, with the addition of ASX Clear (Futures) in Australia.
- Resolution Report also outlines work the FSB is undertaking to address remaining lessons for the resolution framework from the 2023 bank failures.

The Amendments to the Futures Clearing Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, the Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange on Designated Depository Banks, and the Membership Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange have been adopted at the 20th meeting of the 8th Board of Governors of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange and filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The amendments are now hereby published and will take effect on the date of issuance.

- Future volatility (as measured by the S&P/ASX 200 VIX) in November was an average of 11.2, down 3% on pcp.
