The round was led by Pivot Investment Partners and UBS, the leading global wealth manager, through its venture and innovation unit UBS Next. Goldman Sachs, an existing investor, is also participating in the financing round.

An unknown offeror operating under the name BI Management A/S is contacting German investors to offer them purported shares in “Starlink“, “Klarna” and “TikTok/ByteDance”. The website of this unknown offeror, bimanagement.net, unlawfully contains a link to the entry in BaFin’s database of companies detailing the authorisations held by BI Management A/S. The offeror in question is not BI Management A/S. BaFin would like to make clear that this is a case of identity theft.
