        SWX Swiss Exchange: Preliminary Enquiries Against Credit Suisse HaltedDate 20/03/2003 On 15 November 2002, the SWX Swiss Exchange announced that it had instituted preliminary enquiries against Credit Suisse Group with regard to a possible breach of Art. 72 of the Listing Rules (ad hoc-publicity). These enquiries found no grounds for a breach of the regulations on ad hoc-publicity by Credit Suisse Group. SWX has thus halted proceedings.

        Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) Implements Options "What You See Is What You Get" Trading Rule - The Size Distinction Between Customer And Broker-Dealer Orders EliminatedDate 20/03/2003 The Philadelphia Stock Exchange announced today that it has filed for immediate effectiveness with the Securities and Exchange Commission to implement its "what you see is what you get" trading rules. The rules eliminate the distinction between customer and broker-dealer orders with respect to the size for which PHLX options quotations are firm, and with respect to the guaranteed automatic execution size for options. The rule will take effect on Monday, March 24.
