NYBOT Corrects Statement Concerning Kraft Global Participation In eCOPS Program

eCOPS Program In a previous press release dated today, the New York Board of Tradeâ (NYBOTâ) listed Kraft Global as a participant in its eCOPSâ program. Kraft is not a participant in the eCOPS program at this time and was erroneously listed as such.

Further Changes Contemplated For Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Flaxseed Futures Contract

Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc. (WCE) will be examining further changes to its flaxseed futures contract over the next few weeks. In the interim, the December 2004 and March 2005 flaxseed futures contracts have been temporarily de-listed effective immediately. The July and October 2004 flaxseed futures contracts will remain on the board for trading under the current futures contract terms.

Stockholmsbörsen's segments for the most traded shares will be updated as of July 1, 2004. Four new companies will be added to the Most Traded segment of the A List. The O List segment, Attract40, will have 13 new companies and 11 will be removed from the segment.
CFTC Seeks Public Comment On Petitions To Eliminate Federal Speculative Position Limits Applicable To Certain Agricultural Futures And Option Markets

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has published for public comment petitions by the Chicago Board of Trade (CBT), the Kansas City Board of Trade (KCBT), and the Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGE) seeking repeal or amendment of the speculative position limits set out in Commission regulation 150.2 (Federal limits). In addition, the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), while not submitting a formal petition of its own, has submitted a letter in support of the CBT petition.
