    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, June 30, 2004: As part of an amalgamation with Radius Explorations Ltd. (TSXVN:RDU), Pilagold Inc. (TSXVN:PRI) will be removed from the index. The newly merged company will be renamed Radius Gold Inc. and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “RDU.”
