KMart Holding Corporation To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index - Beginning August 19, 2004

KMart Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: KMRT) of Troy, Michigan, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (NASDAQ: NDX), effective at the beginning of trading Thursday, August 19, 2004. KMart will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (Amex: QQQ). KMart Holding Corporation will replace PanAmSat Corporation (NASDAQ: SPOT), which is to be acquired by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., subject to shareholder approval and other closing conditions.

Euronext Brussels: BEL20® Monthly Selection List

Based upon the figures until the end of July 2004, Euronext Brussels communicates the new monthly selection list for the BEL20® index. The first three reserve candidates are Tessenderlo, CMB and Deceuninck. This list is valid for replacements that would occur from Monday 16 August 2004 up to and including Wednesday 15 September 2004 after trading hours. This list is also available on the Euronext website: www.euronex
Copenhagen Stock Exchange - FUTOP Clearing Centre: Change In Margin Parameters

Following the regular review of the margin parameters, the FUTOP Clearing Centre has decided to change the values for the following products, cf. Appendix A of Chapter 7 and Chapter 8, Schedule A of the FUTOP Clearing Centre’s rules and regulations.
CBOT® To Launch 100% Electronically Traded 100 Ounce Gold And 5,000 Ounce Silver Futures Contracts

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today that on Wednesday, October 6, 2004, the exchange will launch full-sized Gold and Silver futures contracts, which will be traded exclusively on the CBOT's premier electronic trading platform and will be available 21 hours per day.
Boston Options Exchange (BOX) Completes First Six Months Of Trading

The Boston Options Exchange (BOX), the only options exchange with price improvement for customer orders, has completed its first six months of operation. From its initial launch on February 6, 2004, with options on six classes, BOX now lists options on 248 classes of options and continues to steadily increase its market share.
