    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, October 20: Open Solutions Inc. (NASD:OPEN) will replace Brooktrout Inc.   • New York Mercantile Exchange And Mexican Derivatives Exchange Sign Licensing Agreement

    The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today signed licensing agreement with the Mexican Derivatives Exchange (MexDer) to allow the use of its Henry Hub Price natural gas futures settlement price as a reference point for a natural gas futures contract to be traded on MexDer.
