Standard & Poor’s will change the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for E.Biscom (Italy, ISIN IT0001423562), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, from 0.421 to 0.582 effective at the close of trading Tuesday, December 07, 2004. This is following the placement of ordinary shares by AEM SPA, which has reduced its holding to less than 5% of shares outstanding, and the change in shareholding of Silvio Scaglia to 30.148%.
