The securities industry this morning successfully tested its process for coordinating emergency responses as part of the Department of Homeland Security’s TOPOFF3 Exercise. The Securities Industry Association and The Bond Market Association coordinated the industry’s participation, which also involved The Futures Industry Association and professionals affiliated with broker-dealers, exchanges, utilities and regulatory agencies.

Standard & Poor’s will change the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Antonveneta (Italy, ISIN IT0003270102), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, from 0.692 to 0.615 effective at the close of trading Friday, April 08, 2005. This is following the acquisition of ordinary shares by Banca Popolare di Lodi, which has increased its holding to 7.64 % of shares outstanding.
