Deutsche Börse AG: Changes To The Boards Of Deutsche Börse AG - Chairman Breuer, Further Members Of The Supervisory Board And CEO Werner Seifert To Leave Deutsche Börse

In its meeting on 9 May 2005, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG has mandated the Company's Chairman, Dr. Rolf-E. Breuer, to change the composition of the Supervisory and Executive Boards in order to reflect the new ownership structure of the Company. As a result, three members of the Supervisory Board will resign. Breuer will seek to replace these Board members in a timely fashion, as well as Lord Levene who resigned on April 25. Copenhagen Stock Exchange: ISS A/S To Be Removed From The KFX Portfolio As Of Wednesday May 11, 2005

Based on the expected delisting of ISS A/S, the company will be removed from the KFX portfolio with effect from Wednesday May 11, 2005. The last day of inclusion in KFX is thus tomorrow Tuesday May 10, 2005.

CME Establishes Single-Day CME Eurodollar Interest Rate Volume Records

CME, the largest U.S. futures exchange, reported record electronic, combined (electronic and trading floor) and electronic options trading volume in its benchmark CME Eurodollar interest rate product during the Friday, May 6 trading session.

Clearstream Reports Further Growth During April 2005

Clearstream’s core business areas experienced further growth during April 2005 with the value of assets held in custody on behalf of customers rising to EUR 7.9 trillion, a rise of 2.6 percent from the end of the same month last year (April 2004 EUR 7.7 trillion). The number of international transactions processed by Clearstream also rose to 1.60 million for the month representing a rise of 10.3 percent compared with the same month last year (April 2004: 1.45 million). China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) IWF Increase In The S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index effective after the close of trading Wednesday, May 11, 2005: China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) (Hong Kong, SEDOL: 6291819, GICS: Energy, GICS Code: 10102010), a member of the S&P/HKEx LargeCap Index, IWF will increase from 0.8112 to 1.00. There will be no change to the total shares outstanding. The increase in IWF is due to the sale by Exxon Mobile of its entire stake in Sinopec.
CBOT Signs Memorandum Of Understanding With Shanghai Futures

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today that the Exchange has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) to pursue cooperative programs and potential joint business projects.

Turnover for April 2005 was EUR 85,884.1 million. This compares to EUR 72,416.3 million in March. Domestic turnover in April was EUR 80,291.4 million, foreign turnover EUR 4,420.9 million, Nuovo Mercato, Domestic, EUR 1,056.1 million, Nuovo Mercato, Foreign EUR 61.9 million and on the Mercarto Expandi market EUR 53.8 million.
