    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, September 6, 2005: Jilbey Gold Exploration Ltd. (TSXVN:JLB) will be removed from the index. The company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as a result of a plan of arrangement whereby the company will be acquired by High River Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX:HRG). North American Gold Inc.     New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) today released its August 2005 operating metrics. NZX releases operating metrics on the first Tuesday of each month prior to the start of trading at 10am. These metrics compare the current period to the corresponding period of the previous year to account for seasonal fluctuations (i.e., reporting periods) that impact market activity.
