Nymex To Decrease Margins On Gold Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that margins on COMEX Division gold futures contracts will decrease to $1,000 from $1,500 for clearing members and members and to $1,350 from $2,025 for customers at the close of business Monday.

Minneapolis Grain Exchange Announces New President/CEO

The Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) has named Mark G. Bagan President and Chief Executive Officer. Bagan will assume the duties of this position on July 1, 2005 after the resignation of Kent R. Horsager also effective July 1. Horsager has served as President/CEO for five years.
