    The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today fined Bear Stearns International Limited ("BSIL") £40,000 for failing to report contracts for differences (CFD) transactions.     The Securities Industry Association on Friday July 30 congratulated newly confirmed Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox, and said that it looked forward to working with him and the commission on balanced, effective regulation that meets the needs of both investors and the industry.     The supervisory board of RTS Realtime Systems AG, announced the appointment of Mr. Christian M. Schild (44) to the RTS board effective as of today. Schild joined the leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in May 2004 and was appointed as Head of Global Sales in January 2005. In his new role as member of the board he will assume full management responsibility for all sales activities within RTS and its affiliates. Furthermore he will be in charge of marketing and communication.

    OneChicago, LLC today reported that 860,139 security futures contracts traded at the Exchange in July, an all-time monthly record. July volume is 903% higher than the 85,772 traded in July 2004. The average daily volume of 43,007 contracts is 953% higher than in July 2004. Year-to-date volume is up 150%.
