    As from July 1, 2005, there will be a one minute change in the opening on NDX. This time change will only effect the list named NDX in Tellus. The contracts it will effect are plain vanilla warrants, knock-outs, exotics and certificates.

    In advance of this week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on June 30, the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT® )will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract. The CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract is a key benchmark interest rate barometer that reflects the forward overnight effective rate for excess reserves that are traded among commercial banks in the U.S. federal funds market

  • Appointment Of Members To HKEx's Risk Management Committee

    Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) welcomes the Financial Secretary's appointments of Chan Ka-lok, Fong Hup, Martin Wheatley and the reappointment of Eddie Yue as members of its Risk Management Committee (RMC). The two-year appointments, which were made under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, will take effect on 1 July 2005.

  • 23 New Companies To Oslo Børs First Six Months

    The first six months of 2005, the Board of Oslo Børs has resolved to admit shares in 23 companies to be listed. As of today, 20 of these companies are listed. Except for the first six months in 1997, Oslo Børs has never listed such a high number of companies within a six month period. The new companies represent a wide range of sectors, primarily energy, offshore, technology and finance.
